Sometimes you want to go further and create your own diets, maybe something that has worked for you in the past or you simply have a nutritionist that is making you a personal diet. You can create your own plan and make use of all the features that come with it, like diet management and the shopping list. To add a new diet plan simply go to the Diet Plans section at the bottom of the screen.

When you add the meal items you can search for them or if they are not available you can create them and add them (once created you can use them multiple times). Once you have completed every section and everyday that you are doing the diet for, you can give it a name and save it! The newly created diet will appear in the Diet Plans section.
