This section offers great tools to control your weight progress. You can insert your weight daily as well as to let the app remind you to do it.

Adding a new weight records its an easy task. Just input your current weight (can be done via voice), edit the time as needed and you can also add a text note. Save and you are done:)

There are some extra features that you will notice when looking through your records
• BMI – Your current Body Mass Index calculated with your weight and height
• Progress – How much you have lost or gained compared with the previous record
• Notes – A small preview of the optional notes
All of the weight records can be edited or deleted. You can also export your records to a CSV file and email it to your doctor.
