Weight Control

This section offers great tools to control your weight progress. You can insert your weight daily as well as to let the app remind you to do it.

Adding a new weight records its an easy task. Just input your current weight (can be done via voice), edit the time as needed and you can also add a text note. Save and you are done:)

There are some extra features that you will notice when looking through your records
BMI – Your current Body Mass Index calculated with your weight and height
Progress – How much you have lost or gained compared with the previous record
Notes – A small preview of the optional notes

All of the weight records can be edited or deleted. You can also export your records to a CSV file and email it to your doctor.
